Horicon Marsh State Wildlife Area Scouting ProgramsThe Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Horicon Marsh Wildlife Education Program offers a way for you and other scout leaders to help your Brownies, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts or Boy Scouts complete the requirements needed to obtain certain badges, ranks or other recognitions. DNR professional Wildlife Education staff can provide your group with just the right program to suit your needs. One of our trained naturalists will join your group at an outdoor activity area here at the Marsh and lead your scouts through a series of educational programs, hikes and outdoor explorations. Or, you and your group can check out one or our educational trunks and conduct activities on your own, at your own pace and in the comfort of your own club house. The goal of our Scout Education Programs is to foster concern for Wisconsin’s wildlife and to help scouts become actively involved in protecting and managing our natural resources. Cub ScoutsWebelos
