  • Defining and setting rules for tepees and yurts on DNR land.
  • Allowing consumption of alcoholic beverages in the spring on certain DNR lands.
  • Banning the use of electric personal assistive mobility devices (“Segways” ) on department lands unless authorized in the property’s master plan or posted open for their use.
  • Requiring a state park sticker at Old Veterans Lake in the Peshtigo River State Forest.
  • Establishing a new group camp area at the Turtle Flambeau Scenic Waters Area requiring a camping permit, reservation, and fee.
  • Eliminating camping fee differences based on time of year.
  • Adding more properties to the list of those charging an additional $3 per night due to local market conditions.
  • Allowing reservation of picnic areas, shelters, auditoriums, amphitheaters, tepees and yurts up to 11 months in advance.
  • Clarifying many existing rules.
