The fees apply to programs presented by staff, designated volunteers and guest presenters. On-site programsFor on-site requested programs for people of all ages, fees are charged at the following rates:
*For fee purposes, teachers/leaders and other chaperones are not counted as participants, because they are needed to help with their groups. Additional feesThe fee may be increased to cover the cost of the following:
Off-site programsBasic fees for off-site programs are the same as for on-site programs. Staff will charge for round-trip mileage at the current state rate. They may also charge an optional additional fee of up to $25 for a program that requires above-average preparation time, loading/unloading of equipment, etc. Options for groups that cannot afford the fees
PaymentUnless other arrangements have been approved by the property manager or educator, groups must pay in advance. To make arrangements for an educational program or for more information on fees, contact the state park or forest that you wish to visit.
