Many enjoy the great outdoors by camping in accessible campground sites. Most picnic areas, park offices, and toilet/shower buildings are accessible.

For those unable to use outdoor campsites, the Wisconsin state park system offers seven specially designed and equipped cabins, each with kitchen and accessible bathroom, and two accessible one-room rustic cabins.

At Devil's Lake State Park, there is a specially adapted kayak available for rent by people with disabilities.
