Bureau of Facilities & Lands — Engineering and Construction Management

The Engineering and Construction Management section are design professionals including engineers, construction representatives, and engineering specialists who serve as consultants to all DNR property managers for development and related questions.

The section is also involved in all aspects of projects, from planning to the final inspections of the completed structure. In addition, the section provides technical support, including feasibility analysis, cost estimating, surveying, design, contracting, and construction inspection.

Lastly, Engineering and Construction Management provides project management for all DNR-funded development projects, including new development, remodeling, maintenance, and all types of environmental remediation on DNR property.
