Voluntary Initiatives || Air Management Home
This is a tool to help you summarize the feasibility, program needs, and intended or actual outcomes of a voluntary initiative. Please note that when scrolling over the questions some have links to expanded descriptions. The following questions are general and meant to stir thought about what is desired or expected out of the proposed initiative. It may be beneficial to go through this matrix both before and after a program is implemented to determine if the actual results are what were expected or estimated beforehand.
When your answers are placed directly into the MS Word Version of the matrix you can get a quick snapshot of its impact. Answers from the Streamlined Life Cycle Assessment can be placed into the Outcomes section where indicated for an overall program summary. To use the links and answer the questions within the table, make sure the MS Word versions of this Matrix (FeasOutcomesMatrix.doc) and the Reference Questions (FeasOutcomesRefQues.doc) are saved in the same directory on your hard drive. (NOTE: Do not change the name of the reference question file or the links will not work.) The results can then be shared with management or other directing body to determine if the effort should go forward or, after-the-fact, whether the initiative achieved its intended goal(s).

What we do: Have specific goals, environmental and others, been set and what are they? Developed an implementation plan and is it feasible? Designed program in a way that can be replicated? Determined performance measures to verify goals were achieved? Identified participants (internal and external)? How? Who? Provide desirable incentives/ recognition for participants? What type? |
Who we reach: Who is the target audience/ industry? |
